Well, I use InLinkz Link Manager to do them. Basically, InLinkz is a simple tool where you store images/links of your supplies and then create supply lists with a quick drag and drop. Then you can share the lists on your blog (any blog type). It rocks. To better explain it, here is a video from my friend Kristina Werner:
