Day 5 of Challenge with Dawn

It’s Day 5 of my challenge week with Dawn McVey. So sad it is the last day!

Today we will both be using the Hero Arts Dots and Flowers background and the Papertrey Ink Blooming Button Bits set… along with the color green.

Here is my card. I broke our monochromatic rule slightly: just had to add blue felt flowers…

The vase is covered with Glossy Accents for shine and I used THIS white pen to add some white dots to the background pattern. Was good to break out this background stamp again – I used to use it a ton.

Those adorable felt roses were made with THIS die set from My Favorite Things. So easy to do and I just love how they look in felt…

Now be sure to head over to Dawn’s blog to see her green work of art. And, Dawn – thank you for having this week of fun with me. I adore you. Mwah!

By the way – the link for my heart canvas auction was messed up yesterday. HERE is the correct link. Sorry!
