Classes and more…

Hi!

Some class info…

  • I have a big class coming up again at Simply Scrapbooks on June 12th.  It will have all new cards – and will be such fun.  It will focus on color and fun ways to use it… creating 6 cards – all monochromatic of a different color.  Can't wait.  Please go HERE to sign up – limited seats available.
  • I will also have a class at Stamp Your Art Out on July 13.  This will be a new class, but the same that will be taught at Stampaway.  For questions or to sign up, call 513-793-4558.
  • There are also two other classes at Simply Scrapbooks that I recommend.  The teachers are Jenn Sharkus and Margie Romney-Aslett.  I know both are VERY fun teachers – I plan to go to both!
  • I am starting to make plans for a few teaching opportunities at stores in the US and Canada. I will be announcing the first soon..!

I am heading to NYC tomorrow a girly weekend of fun with my dear Nichol.  We will be hooking up with the fabulous Kelly and I can't wait.  I am hoping to catch some inspirational shots to share here.

In the meantime, I thought I would share a better look at a card from over on the Hero blog. I remember having fun creating this card.  Not sure why.  I normally don't do much purple, but I remember loving these new stamps and having fun with the design.  I used Copics to dot browns to the center and a bit of highlighting to the petals.  I love how it just seems to bring it to life…

Lovely as always, I haven’t been doing much cardmaking or scrapbooking lately( in fact need to make a card now so came here for inspiration) but if you were ever to come back to New Zealand (remember your coming to the South Island this time) you HAVE to let me know, as I loved your classes.

Your blog is such a delight–I know I would VERY MUCH enjoy a class. It would only be a 19 hour drive–or 1254.18 miles to Ohio. Maybe some day.
Thanks for your continued inspiration. Enjoy the weekend.

Thanks for the inspiration, Jennifer. I’ve had some flower stamps for almost a year and haven’t had any results that I really like. I think these techniques will really help.
