Scrapbooking, cardmaking and blogs

Happy Monday.

And a happy Monday it is – it is a mindless TV night.  Ah, yes.  Gotta love it.  Gilles on Dancing with the Stars?  Ahhh.  And 30 delightful dishes of bachelors on the Bachlorette?  Perfect. :)

(Quickly, remember that you still have time to enter to win a ton of brads HERE. :)

Just wanted to share some projects.  These are ones I did long ago for the Hero 2009 Catalog.  (Again, forgive me if I already shared them.  I have a new system to prevent that in the future – thanks Jayne!)

These are actually matching pages and cards…

Here is a page and a few cards I did using some incredible photos from Erin Cobb.  I tell ya, she has the most beautiful family.  She makes cute kids. :)

I also wanted to ask you all about some of your favorite manufacturer blogs.  I am new to checking these out.  But thanks to my very-late-but-oh-so-happy discovery of Google Reader, I am looking for ones to visit.  I am sure there are a lot of great ones out there.  Here are some of my faves:

I am sure I am missing a lot!  Please link me to any good ones you know of.  I will add my favorites here.

OK… off to focus on 30 bachelors.  They have only shown one so far.  And, so far, so good. :)   Night!

I love the American Crafts blog, too! I have been trying to check theirs and Hero Arts every day lately. SO much inspiration!!! I will have to sit and go through the rest of the links you posted also.

Jennifer, Thanks for all the places to check out. I visit some of the spots you mentioned about twice a week. Hero Arts’ blog I read every morning because it is so inspiring. I read the Flourishes Newsletter and blog. ( Don’t know how to direct you to their blog though. Sorry. Hope GIles wins, too. Haven’t decided about The Bachelorette. So discouraging after last season. At least Melissa has made a name for herself.

I’m a big fan of Basic Grey [ ] – while there isn’t a blog on their main site, they do have the option of signing up for their newsletter [which is always jam-packed full of awesome stuff...and soon-to-be released products] as well as their gallery with tons of ideas and inspiration for each of their lines, along with the ability to submit your own work!

I agree with Cynthia about Cathy Zielske’s blog…she rocks.

Once again, not really a blog, but a site I go to again and again:

Can’t wait to see what else you link us to! Thanks so much!
