Sorry…

…can’t post tonight. I am home but still no power.

Oh… I can add another point to my list on reasons to buy an iPhone: if you don’t have power, you can still get Internet access. :)

Night!

I’m not sure, but it seems like it has been at least four days since you have been without power. Wow…that’s all I can say. Just thinking about cleaning out your fridge and freezer…jeeeez. And Cincy didn’t even have the direct impact of the hurricane like in Texas and Lousiana. You are incredibly upbeat…good for you. I guess that is why I check your blog often…you are inspiring.

Wow… I get annoyed when my power is out for a few minutes… I can’t imagine several days! What is going on? Sounds like you knew ahead of time that it was going to be out for a few days… was it a planned outage? Are they doing something to help the community get by without it?

    Jennifer,

I am so sorry for you and your family. We were thanking God and everyone else in heaven that the power in our little part of Cincy was only out for 45 minutes. If there is anything that I can do for you, please drop me an email. I can’t believe that you have been doing without power for 7 days now.

We are in the same boat. Ike came through last Friday night and we’ve been without power since the 12th. Surprisingly it’s been managable, but it’s getting warmer down here. I live in Spring which is just north of Houston. Take care…I’m sure you’ll get power soon.

Yes, an iPhone would be nice, but I have to wonder… How would you charge it? ;)

Here’s to hoping your power is back on soon! :)

HI Jennifer, It’s Monday evening and the news just said that 8800 were still without power, I hope you are NOT one of those. I’m glad you had fun with Jana on your weekend, you deserve it after a week with no power and a small child at home. Good Luck, Hope you are up and running, and I’m looking forward to some more inspiration soon. You have such wonderful ideas.

I love the previous post for the collage…and I did it but I have some questions for you if you don’t mind answering them.

I did this in a 4 by 4 square and was hoping to do the canvas resize to 4 by 6. (4 by 6 prints are cheaper) I got that all figured out but when I go to resize my canvas, PSE 6.0 is making it into an 8 by 10. What am I doing wrong? I love what I have done so far, just can’t figure out the resizing part. Thanks!

Wow! I just can’t imagine dealing without power for that long!! I’m guessing everything in your refrigerator is no good whatsoever and hopefully you get to eat out!

Please tell me how you would get power for an iPhone’s internet connection without power. I have an iPod touch and use it for that all the time, but I must have my Airport network unit plugged in and working. I have a feeling I’m going to feel really stupid when you answer me! :-)
