My mom rocks…

She does.  She simply does.  Just wanted to say that today.

This is an old layout, but a favorite of mine, simply because of the photos.  It was in the 101 Things book.

I am addicted to squeezing lots of favorite photos onto a page.  Lots of 'em.  And they are all from different occasions.  When looking back on my Grandma's books, I realized that I most enjoy comparing photos from different times. And I love pictures that show relationships, etc more than occasions/events.  So, I am really trying to remember this as I create pages.

Whoops… I was blabbing.  Sorry. :)

And, really… my mom rocks. She just does.  She is the best momma in the world.  Of this I am sure. :)

I have a quick card to share, too.  The picture stinks, but I think you can get the general idea.

What a very cute layout. I think I will look for old pictures of my mom with my daughter and do the same. I will help keep her memory alive for Katie. (I think I finally figured out how to do this. Thanks for your help!)

I love the “treasure” lo…. it really is sweet, with all the photos from diff. times… it gives you the sense of time~like there is history to this relationship and “evidence” in tangible form. Love manifested. OK, now I’M rambling! What I mean? Your family is blessed to have each other.

Love the layout and the card! Both are too sweet. I love the flocking on the leaves. Had a question about the flocking…did you color the leaves with colored pencil first and then add the flocking? or did you just add the flocking? do you just add adhesive and sprinkle it on like glitter? haven’t used flocking before, so just wondering how it works. Love the texture it adds, so I think I’ll have to try it out!
