Gotta turn this day around with a giveaway…

Boy.

Bad day.  The hard drive died on my baby.  Boogers.  I love love love my MacBook Pro.  Love it.  But I attract bad luck with stuff like this.  Thankfully, Apple has the best customer service in the world and they are saving me.  Will get the hard drive replaced tomorrow.  Thank goodness!

But since that occupied my day, I didn't get any creating done.  So let's do a giveaway instead. :)   This RAK is for a copy of the Designing With Recipe book…

Just leave a comment here by Friday night at 11:59pmPST telling me what your favorite new scrapbooking goodie is.  I feel like I haven't bought anything new in ages and need to do a bit of online shopping. Nothing is better than retail therapy, huh? :)

Oh, and please go backup your computer.  :)

I recently became a Stampin Up demonstrator so I would have to say my new favorite goodies are my SU markers, cardstock & rubber stamps. Their items are very high-quality!
I would love a chance to win this book. The DW books and calendars are a great resource and are very inspiring! I’ve been an admirer of yours for a very long time!! You’re amazing! Thanks – Sharon

I just bought some Copic markers and I’m loving them, although I need a lot of practice to match the blending I see on some of the blogs! Tomorrow I’m headed to CKC Buffalo and top on my list is the Liberty line of Scenic Route.

Sorry to hear about your hard drive, Jen. Thanks for the reminder to back mine up. My new favorite product is the Xyron create a label maker. I use it to put a sticky backing on my letters I die cut with my Cuttlebug. No more glue smearing while trying to lay out my title.

I also like to cut out nice pictures from my decorative paper and make them into stickers for my grandchildren. They really like their stickers.
    Thanks for your daily email.

I stumbled onto your blog somehow and I love it! My favorite thing right now sounds a lot like what others are liking. The Martha Stewart border punches and the butterfly punch. I’m addicted to them, so I’m going to Michael’s tomorrow to see what I can add to my collection!

Jennifer, I’m sorry to hear about your computer. After reading horror stories on the message boards about people losing years of photos, I went out to get an external hard drive, just in case. It’s always best to be safe than sorry.

As for my new tool, is the Bazzill templates for stitching. I love the look on pages, so when I finally found a couple of templates, I had to pick them up. Now, if only I could stop shopping and actually start to use everything that I purchase, I’ll be all set to go. LOL

Oh my goodness! I’m sooooooo sorry to hear about the crash! We love our MacBook & PowerBook at our house, too! I’d be seriously devistated if ours crashed. Thank goodness my husband works in data storage and backs ours up continuously… I hope you didn’t lose too much :( Gotta love Apple for coming through for you!

I have so many favorite scrapbooking goodies, but lately I’ve really been into stamping on my pages. I am addicted to the heroarts blog and it’s how I came across your site! I’m so thankful I did, too! You’re a true inspiration for me.
